Independent Contractor Terms
This Independent Expert Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Baymaze, LLC (“Baymaze,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”) and the individual registering as an expert on the Baymaze platform (“Expert,” “you”).
By creating an account and offering services through the Baymaze platform, you agree to the following terms:

Expert is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Baymaze. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship.
Expert is solely responsible for:
• Determining availability
• Setting service pricing (unless otherwise agreed)
• Paying all applicable taxes
• Maintaining any required licenses or permits

Baymaze provides a digital platform that connects users (“Clients”) with independent Experts for booked sessions and related services.
Baymaze does not provide the services offered by Experts and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of any session.

Baymaze charges a platform service fee of 20% of the total session price for each completed booking.
• The 20% fee is calculated based on the session price paid by the Client.
• The remaining 80% will be paid to the Expert, less any required processing fees (if applicable).
Baymaze reserves the right to modify the platform fee percentage at any time.
Experts will be notified in advance of any changes, and continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated fee.

Baymaze does not collect, retain, or take any percentage of voluntary tips provided by Clients.
• 100% of tips paid by Clients will be distributed to the Expert.
• Tips are voluntary and not guaranteed.
• Experts are responsible for reporting tip income for tax purposes.

Baymaze may establish cancellation and refund policies. Experts agree to abide by platform policies regarding cancellations, no-shows, and refunds.

Experts agree to:
• Provide services professionally and lawfully
• Treat Clients respectfully
• Accurately represent qualifications and experience
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Baymaze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform standards.

Experts acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the services they provide.
Baymaze is not liable for:
• Injuries, damages, or losses arising from Expert services
• Disputes between Experts and Clients
Experts agree to indemnify and hold Baymaze harmless from claims arising from their services.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Baymaze may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement or platform policies.

Baymaze may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

By registering as an Expert on Baymaze and offering services through the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
